These terms cover your use of Cloud 9 Digital Marketing's services. By hiring us, you agree to them.

Month-to-month

Services are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — no long-term contract. Your first month is due today to start; the same flat rate applies each month after.

Ad budget

Any advertising budget is billed at cost, with no markup. You set and approve it; it is separate from your monthly fee.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee specific leads, revenue, rankings, or other outcomes — no honest provider can. We commit to doing the work and showing you what's happening.

What you own

You own your custom website code only on a Custom Website build. Other deliverables and tools remain available to you while you're a client.

Answering in your own voice

Answering in a voice modeled on yours is optional and only set up with your written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cloud 9's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
